Find Community in the Knights of Columbus
These Brothers, as we relate to ourselves, offer support to community in a number of ways. Through volunteer efforts, financial support, and awareness of need within our local home towns as well as support for needs of those afar. Our Plymouth, NH Council #10307 is strong in our faith, charity, patriotism, and the support of the family including an advocacy for the value of life as we constantly move to support our church, food banks, camps, and our local Pregnancy Center among others. Our council members can be found in many corners of the community involved in Boy Scouts, school functions, military, assisting homeless and helping feed those in need. We keep a strong presence within our church in an effort to maintain the faith community through monthly breakfasts and annual events that allow means of fundraising and for gathering. In these events, our Brothers really shine. There is plenty of camaraderie that will always bring a laugh or two as we work. Our time together is quite special in considering the mix of personalities and backgrounds. We are just what you find in communities… doctors, carpenters, judges, lawyers, construction workers, municipal workers, educators, retirees, etc. When we work together, we work toward the goal to provide for our charities. Our ultimate connection is our faith.
Being part of these Plymouth Knights is something a bit bigger than yourself in promoting church, community, and family. It’s the feeling of belonging as we develop relationships that carry on for life. If you are a Brother in need, there will be a Brother to help. If you have time or resources, there is something to do. If you just need to smile, there’s someone to cheer you up. Yes, these Brothers are worth your time.
Your joining will benefit our council… your joining will benefit you!
Vivat Jesus!
